Winter gave The Design Team time to open up this lakefront property’s floorplan. A modular home, The Design Team knocked out every wall they could, added a custom-built kitchen, creating a living space to better entertain and enjoy the views, and the next year, they completed the lower level. The Design Team oversaw the stages of this renovation while the client was in Arizona.
